Within Australia
We use a two-tiered flat delivery fee, Australia-wide. This means that you pay the same amount for delivery, depending on to basic weights, where-ever you live within Australia.

Your parcel will be delivered by Australian Air Express - a premium 'next day' delivery service.

For all small parcels (up to 500g), the cost is only $6.95

For all large parcels (over 501g) the cost is $9.50

Our simple Australian Air Express delivery service is usually delivered next day, as long as your order has been completed before 1pm. Please note that we are currently delivering on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. If you live a little further 'out of the way' then your delivery may take an extra day, but no longer then that. Please keep in mind that Australian Air Express do not deliver on weekends or public holidays. By using Australian Air Express we are able to track your parcel from the moment it leaves ShopHouse Headquarters. You or someone responsible will need to sign for your parcel. If you're not there when the parcel arrives, Australian Air Express will leave your parcel in a safe and secure place for you.

Loss or damage is very rare. However, in the event that your parcel is lost or damaged by Australian Air Express, ShopHouse will not be held responsible for the loss. If you would like to track your own parcel via the Australian Air Express system, please email us for your tracking code - info@shophouse.com.au. However, you will also receive an email directly from Australian Air Express to alert you to this code so check your email account for this information after you have placed an order.

Outside Australia
*Orders to outside Australia are sent via Australia Post Air Mail.  We have a flat delivery fee of $20.00 for all international orders.
 
Loss or damage is not covered unless insurance is taken (base charge is $8.95, plus $2.10 for every insured $100 or part thereof).  Please note in the comments field, upon checkout, if you would like insurance for your order and we will contact you.

Free Shipping on all orders of $180 or more - Terms and Conditions - where there is an order of $180.00AU or more, delivery charges will not be charged. This offer is not applicable to orders of products that are 'over size' and therefore require courier delivery.
