PAYMENT OPTIONS
Credit Card: Secure Online payment confidence from the Commonwealth Bank and DirectOne. We have partnered with the Commonwealth Bank and Direct One, our third party secure gateway provider, to accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard and American Express (AMEX). ShopHouse guarantees that your credit card number will never be viewed by our staff as it is taken online, directly through our secure payment gateway.
Other: We also accept Direct Deposit, Australia Post Money Orders, Bank Cheques and Personal Cheques. When paying by these methods your goods will be dispatched when deposits/cheques/money orders have been cleared to ShopHouse. Please select your payment method at the checkout. Our payment details are emailed to you with your order confirmation.
ShopHouse will hold orders for 3 days pending payment. After this time orders will be released back into stock. Customer service will contact you if this situation occurs.

Orders can be made online using our secure shopping cart facility. We have partnered with the Commonwealth Bank and Direct One, our third party secure gateway provider, to accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard.

If you would prefer to phone through your order, please phone 1300 200 871 during business hours. If we are not answering, please leave a message and we will call you back as quickly as possible.
GIFTS
It’s wonderful receiving a special present, sometimes even better to be sending one! We can add a personalised gift tag to your order at no charge. You need to note your message in the checkout comments when you place your order and we will handwrite on a simple giftcard on your behalf. We use gold gift paper with string and a band of either 'boy' or 'girl' appropriate paper.
Please note: if your order is indeed a gift for someone and you have selected for us to write on a giftcard for you, the invoice will not be included in the box. You will receive a copy of your invoice via email.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We are always happy to offer you an exchange or refund on a product if you are ever disenchanted by your purchase with ShopHouse. Obviously we need to receive the item back in it's original state and within 30 days of purchase. We are not able to accept any sale items that are no longer held in stock.
Due to the fact that we need the item back in it's original state, we unfortunately cannot accept any clothing that has been worn or washed.

Damaged/faulty items: This is usually very rare. Should this unfortunately happen to you though, please contact ShopHouse immediately and we will work out the best course of action.
