We are an on-line retail shop and do not have a street storefront.  Our office and warehouse is located in Wahroonga, NSW, Australia. 
You can order online anytime!  General business hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Credit Card: Secure Online payment confidence from the Commonwealth Bank and DirectOne. We have partnered with the Commonwealth Bank and Direct One, our third party secure gateway provider, to accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard and American Express (AMEX). ShopHouse guarantees that your credit card number will never be viewed by our staff as it is taken online, directly through our secure payment gateway. Other:  We also accept Direct Deposit, Australia Post Money Orders, Bank Cheques and Personal Cheques.  However, when paying by these methods your goods can only be dispatched when deposits/cheques/money orders have cleared to ShopHouse.  Please select your payment method at the checkout.  Our payment details are emailed to you with your order confirmation.
ShopHouse will hold orders for 3 days pending payment.  After this time orders will be released back into stock.  Customer service will contact you if this situation occurs.

At ShopHouse, we understand that customers have different needs when buying products.  That is why we offer several different ordering options so that you can decide what best suits you.
Online
Orders can be made online using our secure shopping cart facility.  We have partnered with the Commonwealth Bank and Direct One, our third party secure gateway provider,  to accept payment by Visa,  Mastercard and Bankcard.
Please note that our payment gateway web site is secure and is located within a secure server environment which utilises SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). Look for the yellow padlock at the bottom of your screen to ensure this security.

GIFTS

It’s wonderful receiving a special present, sometimes even better to be sending one!  We can add a personalised gift tag to your order at no charge.  You need to note your message in the checkout comments when you place your order and we will handwrite on a simple giftcard on your behalf. All products (whether a gift or not) are beautifully packaged and presented in the same way, wrapped in white acid free tissue paper and placed carefully in a brown box with wheat-foam (completely biodegradable and kind to our environment) to ensure that your order is received safely.

Please note: if your order is indeed a gift for someone and you have selected for us to write on a giftcard for you, the invoice will not be included in the box. You will receive a copy of your invoice via email.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We are always happy to offer you an exchange or refund on a product if you are ever disenchanted by your purchase with ShopHouse. Obviously we need to receive the item back in it's original state and within 10 days of purchase. We are not able to accept any sale items that are no longer held in stock.

Please follow these instructions to make a return or exchange:

1. Contact ShopHouse and explain your situation. We will give you a unique customer returns number.  Phone +61 2 9011 6744 or email info@shophouse.com.au.

2. Returns:  Return the product to be refunded.  Be sure to include your unique customer returns number on your package. You will be credited for the products as soon as we receive them.

3. Exchanges:  Return the product to be exchanged.  Be sure to include your unique customer returns number on your package and you will also need to include a self-addressed prepaid satchel for your new replaced products to be returned in. 


4. Damaged/faulty items:  This is usually very rare.  Should this unfortunately happen to you though, please contact ShopHouse immediately and we will work out the best course of action.
